Location and amenities. Parking and 2 bathrooms was a huge plus!
Needed more towels and there needed to be more towel hooks or racks, but we made do.

Historic home about a 5-block walk from the heart of Salem. Plenty of space for our party of 6 to both spend time together and spread out away from each other. Comfortable furnishings and easy parking. Hosts were responsive to questions and request for asisstance.
Could use a few more glasses/dishware in kitchen. The age of the property shows in some regards. Renters should know this apartment is on the 2nd story of a 3-story home, so there are people above and below you if noise is at all a concern.

The host was very sympathetic after we expressed our concerns and offered any assistance if needed.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the accommodations were on the second floor. This was not noted on the website. We had one person recovering from a fractured knee and one person with heart problems. It would have been nice to know this. The parking area was not lit, and it was very dark, making it difficult to see.
