City and Loch Ness Blend

Very spacious, comfy beds, clean, superb kitchen, lovely sofas. Good location, it had everything that we needed. Bonus points for the two double bedrooms being separated by the family bathroom: it gives great privacy for groups.

Kitchen utensils’ and crockery/cutlery’s cleanliness should be checked by housekeeping with every check out: not all visitors take care to clean things properly after use! (We had to rewash most things before cooking and eating while we were there.) The carpets upstairs are so lovely and thick, but this means the bedroom doors are very hard to open and close. Shaving off half an inch from their bottom would be beneficial. And a bit of WD40 on all the hinges would be great! Also: I requested an invoice twice, and still haven’t received one more than a month later.

Tuvimos un problema con las llaves de la casa, supongo que de hacer copias de copias una llave no funcionaba…, al final entrábamos y salíamos por la puerta de la cocina. Además de menaje era un poco justo…

Very clean, new, everything worked 100%, All facilities were more than adequate. Comfortable bed, highly recommend

Little far from anywhere to eat, need a car, We did arrive late when most shops were closed or closing though, No problem if you have transport.
