Haru Villas

This villa was absolutely beautiful, and the staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. For my birthday, they surprised me with a cake completely on their own initiative and even sang Happy Birthday to me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. The room was set up very professionally and had everything we needed. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the team was always available whenever we needed anything. The host was amazing, and the woman taking care of the property was incredibly sweet. Her children even joined in to sing Happy Birthday to me, which made the experience even more memorable. The villa itself is beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen, a water dispenser, and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, only about 10 minutes from the centre. The only issue we experienced was the chicken farm next door. I am a deep sleeper, so it did not bother me, but my boyfriend is a light sleeper and found the noise made it difficult to sleep. Overall, I absolutely loved our stay. The hospitality, cleanliness, facilities, and thoughtful personal touches made it a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this villa and would happily stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Haru Villas and couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in Ubud. The owners, Putu and her husband, are genuinely some of the kindest people we’ve met. They were always there whenever we needed anything and made us feel welcome from the very first day. They kindly rented us their scooter, helped us with anything we asked for, and even offered a laundry service, which was incredibly convenient during our stay. The villa was clean, comfortable, and serviced every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, although we barely needed it because it rained during most of our stay, making the weather pleasantly cool and refreshing. The location is peaceful and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, from highly rated cafés to authentic Balinese warungs. If you’re looking to stay right in the center of Ubud, this may not be the ideal location, as it’s about 25 minutes away by scooter. However, for us, it was the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything Ubud has to offer. The breakfast was satisfying and a lovely way to start each morning. Overall, our first experience in Ubud was truly magical, and Haru Villas played a huge part in making it so special.
