Agus, our host was an amazing man. He actually cared about us as guests and always greeted us warmly and ensured we had everything we needed. He arranged bikes for us and provided a free drop off and pick up daily to the main area whenever required. Located a bit out of the main area, this was a bonus. We will stay again. Did I mention how awesome Agus and his team were.
if the hot water runs out, doesn't work, the gas bottle has run out. Just let them know and it will be replaced pronto. No other issues with this villa whatsoever.

The layout/ design of the villas were lovely and it felt very private. All of the staff were amazing - so polite, helpful and attentive - it felt like nothing was too much to ask. The use of the shuttle into Ubud centre was also really helpful as it was too far to walk. The breakfasts were great too.
When using the kettle it often tripped the electric so we had to keep turning it back on. Even though the weather was warm the pool wasn’t heated so it often felt too cold to be in for long.

Th staff were extremely nice, the property was beautiful and location was great.
pool was cold but that is just to nitpick. sometimes the shower didn’t have super hot water.
