A stay worth every word of praise. The apartment itself is a gem — cozy, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. What makes it truly memorable, though, is its character: the décor takes you back to communist-era Bulgaria in a way that feels curated, giving the space a personality you rarely find in short-term rentals. Mari was a warm and attentive host — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly invested in her guests' comfort. A bottle of wine waited for us on arrival, and the apartment was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nothing felt like an afterthought.

One thing worth noting: the neighborhood feels a little rough around the edges after dark. On one occasion, I stepped out in the evening to grab a bite at the nearby Happy restaurant, and the square close by was poorly lit with some unsavory characters hanging around. Nothing happened — just something to be aware of.

Fantastic stay! This modern apartment is both lovely and highly functional, providing everything you need for a perfect visit. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal—situated in a quiet area for a peaceful night's sleep, yet still incredibly close to the centre.

The interior was amazing. You can tell it was designed by people with a lot of taste. Also the location is great, near the centre. There’s everything you might need for your stay. It was very clean and tidy. I strongly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.
