Bellissima vacanza. L’appartamento è centrale, praticamente di fronte al mare, ma rimane silenzioso e tranquillo. Katerina è stata molto gentile aspettandoci all’arrivo, seppur ad ora tarda. La stanza è ampia ed accogliente con tutti i confort necessari. La mamma di Katerina, molto dolce, ci ha anche offerto dei frutti locali. Posto consigliatissimo.

Yeni yapılmış olduğu için çok temizdi hatta pırıl pırıl diyebilirim plajlara çok yakındı mutfak malzemelerini de eksiklik vardı onun dışında her şey yolundaydı bir de yandaki cafe aile işletmesi oradaki ürünler çok lezzetli,2 kişi için kullanışlı bir apart. Since it was newly built, it was very clean, I can even say sparkling clean. It was very close to the beaches. There was a lack of kitchen supplies, other than that everything was fine. There was also a family-run cafe next door, the products there are very delicious, it is a useful apartment for 2 people.

We stayed at a brand-new place in Kos that had just opened, and we absolutely loved it! The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and everything inside was brand new. We were the first guests to stay there, and it felt really special. Katerina, the host, was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It’s a true family-run business—her brother and mother were also around, always smiling and ready to help with anything. They made us feel right at home. Right next door is Sypros Coffee (Spiros Café), which is also part of their family business. Everything we tried there—coffee, sandwiches, croissants, and pies—was absolutely delicious. You can feel the love and care they put into everything they do. We’re so happy we chose this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
