The comfort and location were great. The property owner was also very helpful and responsive. After our stay, I contacted them because we thought we might have left one of our belongings at the property, and they responded very quickly and were helpful.
Although we arrived at 8 PM, the previous guests were only just leaving the room. When we entered, the room was dirty and had not been cleaned, so we had to contact the property owner to arrange for it to be cleaned. Since the room had not been prepared for our arrival, the door code provided to us did not work either. There were coffee machines in the room, but no coffee was provided. There wasn’t even any drinking water in the room.
