The room is exactly like its description. It is a budget-friendly option— no frills, but clean and comfortable, which is exactly what we needed. We would happily stay here again.
The bathroom is VERY small. It reminded me of a bathroom in a camper or boat. We are not big people, so we were fine, and in fact, the shower felt good. Also, exercise caution when entering/exiting the bathroom because it is a bit elevated from the other floor.

Intructions to pick up the key could have been given much earlier. I had to ask several times for an update and only received them close to midnight when I arrived by taxi.
