The beds were too hard & not very comfortable

The property was amazing, loved the interior of it. It was very comfortable. The location was great, we felt at home.
The caretaker of the building didn’t attend to most of our needs, upon arrival he said we should reach out if we need anything. We did that, but he didn’t respond to any queries. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi in our unit, we made him aware of that, he didn’t respond. Secondly, we wanted to wash some of our clothes because we were there for 7 days and there is a washing machine in the unit but no washing line. We wanted to know where that was. Instead, he said someone will help us but no one came eventually.

No breakfast was served we were on self catering mode
Cleaning the room at the time of check-in and the coach was wet because of late cleaning.

Smeling bad in room and furniture’s are not good, 1 AC are 1 either in room or in siting room, i stayed 5 days they cleaded only 2 days , full dustibins
