Locatia este buna, aproape de obiective turistice! Am intrat usor in posesia cheii de acces!

Apartamentul necesita imbunatatiri; robinetii la baie sunt subrezi, in baie este un miros insuportabil cel mai probabil venit de pe conducte! In bloc se fac ceva reparatii si am beneficiat de zgomot de dimineata pana catre amiaza! Ni s a refuzat plecarea tarzie de la locatie (am obtinut o derogare de o ora, insa, o doamna suparata rau, care presupun ca era de la curatenie, a dat buzna peste noi si ne a adresat cuvinte grele 🤐)! Nu a existat intelegere sa lasam macar bagajele pana mai tarziu! Curatenia lasa de dorit ( covoarele dar si dusul erau pline de par negru lung, probabil al locatarilor anteriori)! Tencuiala din camere este cazuta pe portiuni mari, peretii sunt murdari iar masuta si scaunele din balcoane nu au vazut de mult laveta de sters praful!

The location was close to the Roman Athenaeum and some good restaurants, but the street looks very dodgy. The entrance was explained to me, but I still made a mistake and entered the wrong door, it is at the very back end of the street. I was glad to have the small lift up to the 6th floor. Inside the apartment was lovely, clean and all necessities. The washing machine was perfect. There was a pretty view over the town.

The freezer was completely frozen over, like someone had left the door open. Not a difficult issue to resolve, but annoying.

Gute Lage, Balkon mit Blick auf Innenstadt, schön ausgestattet.

Nicht sehr sauber. Haare in einem der Bette. Das Badezimmer war gar nicht sauber und die Dusche war nicht ganz funktional. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.
