Locația foarte bună , balcon excelent.

Sistemul de la canapea defectă,nu se poate extinde. Părerea mea personală e ,puțin întunecos apartamentul. Ceva defect la mașină de spălat vase.

Amplasarea foarte convenabilă față de centru. Priveliștea a fost un mare plus. MegaImage la parterul blocului ne-a permis să ne gospodărim excelent. Apartamentul având aer condiționat în căldura de afară chiar a fost bine venit.

Cel mai mult m-a deranjat faptul că echipa de curățenie a intrat în apartament după ora de check-in (adică deja noi eram cazați acolo). Chiar dacă anteriorul musafir a plecat mai târziu, și nu s-a putut face curățenie (pe care aș fi putut înțelege) cel mai corect ar fi fost să fiu anunțată de efectuarea curățeniei la o oră ulterioară. Ulterior comunicarea cu ei a fost foarte rapidă și ok, de aceea mă gândesc că se putea evita această situație printr-un simplu mesaj. (ceea ce și recomand pe viitor proprietariilor în cazuri similare). Deși apartamentul ar fi meritat clar o notă de 10 , din această cauză am dat doar 9.

The location is good and the view is really nice. The balcony is amazing.

There were a lot of details that were not not ok and made us feel like the accomodation is managed with low effort and low expenses in mind: They did not bother to answer quesitons on messaging, yet sent many automated messages themselves. The lights and plugs in the sleeping area did not work. The place did not feel clean, more like done in haste to be "ok". The whole appartment seems furnished on a budget to feel "ok". The living room chairs in particular feel super cheap and shaky. Toilet is smelly, with a super dusty fan and hot water to the sink is just a dream. The place can definitely use some real human attention.. I mean, come on.. even the wi-fi password can be managed better - there are like 40 random characters that cannot be copy-pasted and need to be entered by hand. PS: there are 4 intercoms at the building entrance --> it would be good to point in the instrucitons which one to use.
