En primer lugar la ubicación, cerca de todo. En segundo, los kits de bienvenida y la distribución del estudio.

Sobretodo la limpieza, era pésima. Tanto el suelo como las superficies. Además, el olor que hacía a humedad o a antiguo era horrible. También habían unas goteras en el edificio, lo cual intenté solucionar con un cubo de limpieza y un escape de agua en el mueble debajo del lavabo.

Le manque de propreté en arrivant (des poils et cheveux retrouvés un peu partout y compris dans le frigo), un frigo non vidé (une bouteille d’eau entamée dedans) et une odeur d’égouts qui sort de la douche (obligé de mettre une serviette sur l’évacuation d’eau), manque de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.

The location was the main positive aspect of the stay. It is very central, with the main bus stops and public transport nearby, making it easy to get around the city.

Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing, especially considering the price. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell, similar to mold or sewage. The room was also poorly cleaned: there was visible dust on surfaces, and even crumbs and dirt left on the floor. The worst part was finding a cockroach inside the fridge on my first night. After that, I did not feel comfortable using either the fridge or the kitchen at all, which was particularly frustrating since having a kitchen was one of the amenities I expected to use during my stay. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the air-conditioning unit is old, extremely noisy, and positioned directly toward the bed. This means you either sleep feeling too hot without it or have cold air blowing directly onto you all night. There was also no complimentary water or even a small welcome refreshment on arrival. Of course, this is not essential, but arriving on an extremely hot August day, it would have been a thoughtful touch, especially at this price point. The provided shampoo/body wash was also very low quality. The washing machine worked properly, which I appreciated, although guests should be aware that laundry detergent is not provided and needs to be purchased separately.
