Perfect perfect perfect
Perfect huge house with marvellous large safe garden for our pooch. The house had everything and more that you could possibly want. Beautiful and so peaceful set on the edge of the village. 15 min stroll to the village with super shops, pubs and restaurants.

house was warm on arrival gift basket on bench beds comfy, blankets warm and cosy, throw blankets for extra warmth- although we just used them when sitting on couch plenty of room for a family of 6
there was only 1 tv which was in a room which didnt have enough seating for the 6 of us

Loved our stay there , very charming stay close to bourton in water
We loved everything ! The location , the property itself and also the staff who managed the booking who were super responsive and helpful. Very close to bourton on water , walkable within 20 mins , property itself is nicely sized and we were suprised by the large garden which was great for kids to run around. The property has everything you need, especially in the kitchen in you plan to cook during your stay. Also we caught beautiful sunsets from the property during our stay, was quite tempting to just stay in without leaving the place during our few days there
Nothing we didn't like. Only minor comment would be that we had some difficulties finding the keys based on the instruction but a call to the staff solved it very quickly.

Great location, quiet, beautiful property, friendly helpful hosts.
Beautiful property, common areas were very spacious, beds super comfortable, quiet, lovely wood burner, great garden & views. Would have loved better weather to be able to use these. Nice touch to have some food supplies & a decorated Xmas tree. Communications before arrival were great, friendly & helpful.
We loved it all but, if being picky, there were some areas that could be improved, particularly for longer stays, e.g. blinds or curtains in common areas, wardrobes or hanging space & mirror/dressing table in two smaller bedrooms, shower in the en-suite, tv in lounge. Outdoor security light in the front not working. But all was great, thank you so much.

The property itself is beautiful and so close to the main village. The beds were unbelievably comfortable to the point I had to ask what brand the mattress was. We all slept very well! Parking was great also and the property had all the amenities that you would need.

Huge Garden for dog to run around in, great location for all cotswold locations.
No brochure about the house printed out, so had to faff around on phone trying to download a pdf, when I could have just looked at information folder much quicker to get information on Wi-Fi, heating etc.

Perfect Stay - highly recommend!
The property was absolutely beautiful — we didn’t want to leave! It was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family of five (though it could easily accommodate six). Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of pots and pans to make our own meals. We loved the apple trees and Fi and Ali truly thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Ali greeted us warmly on arrival, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches — coffee, tea, chocolates, bread, apples and eggs, plus pantry essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings. Location was fantastic, just a few minutes from Bourton - which is the perfect base in Cotswolds for us. It was a perfect stay from start to finish — we can’t wait to come back!
