Top Lage und sehr sauber. Freundliche Gastgeber.
Zugang zum Studio durch ein dunkles Treppenhaus, fast unheimliches Treppenhaus. Dürfte etwas sauberer sein.

Sauberkeit, Lage, sehr zuvorkommende Information im Vorfeld, eigener abschließbarer Fahrradraum
Der Fahrradraum ist im zweiten Obergeschoss, mit schweren Fahrrädern etwas umständlich, dafür aber groß und sehr sicher zum Absperren direkt neben der Wohneinheit.
