Lovely little places to stay with cute walkways leading up to them. Your building is named after a bird (mine was greylag goose). Lots of recreational facilities nearby.
Cleanup is done by the guest. The way the stairs are set up you can't see what bird your building is if you are on the upper floor without leaving and walking the long way around. Yes these are extremely minor negatives but there's not really many actual negatives.

Nice nature site, very quite.
The pro results even in a con: the noise isolation to other apartments is very little, you could hear others talking (or their tv).

Le manque de discrétion des autres personnes qui logent au-dessus, bruits de chaises, table, lit tirés ou dans le studio communiquant avec le nôtre, retour au petit matin bruyant ( 4h45) avec des cris, ou 1h, discutions comme en plein jour.
