管理人さんの人柄と施設の清潔感、利用料のお得感、備品は充実していました
１．浴室内の給湯設備が使いにくかった（浴槽給湯は分かりにくく、シャワーは水圧調整困難） ２．ダイニングルームにテレビが欲しい（館内は地上波見れず、階段裏の壁面に大画面が設置可能） ３．エントランス、パーキング周りの雑草（季節柄大変だとは思いますが） ４．眺望（ダイニングルームは道に接するので通行量は少ないけどブラインドは開けられず、２F海側窓はせっかく海が望めるけど活用できず、環境のポテンシャルはもったいないかと。ダイニングルームの外に植樹などし、２F海側はバルコニー設置などできればいいですね）
