Staff was very kind and polite.
The property is old and not much English explanation. The hot bath was away hot. It says call the front desk when it is too hot in Japanese.

Set dinner is a very good experience. Public onsen is excellent. Location is close to city center and accessible to many sight seeing places via walking.
