Nekretnina je izuzetno atraktvina povijesna kuća u gradu, ima vrlo ugodnu terasu i sjajnu poziciju. Kuća je kamena, pa pretežno nema ni potrebe za paljenje klima uređaja, iako je posve opremljena.

Nemamo nikakvih prigovora.

The location was excellent.

I was told the property was suitable for 3 adults and that there was a double and a single bed so I was expecting separate rooms and this was not the case. The single was actually a one-person sofa bed. I enquired about access to a kitchen but was told this was not possible, perhaps I misunderstood the listing or photos. I then enquired if we could at least have some plates and cutlery since we had food with us and I was told we were not allowed to eat in the room. This is despite there being a fridge in the room. What kind of place tells you that you cannot eat in the room?! There was only 1 key to access the property and although there was a lockbox outside it did mean that if one person went back to the room they could not lock the front entrance door despite receiving instructions telling you to do so. There was a broken light switch which was annoying as it kept falling off and the lights in the room were very bright. There was no option to change the lighting it was all or nothing. The room would benefit from a lamp or dimmer light setting so you can move around the property at night time without disturbing others who may be sleeping. A 9am check out is also not great, it is way too early.
