Prijeten apartma na dobri lokaciji

Mirna lokacija blizu morja, prostoren in zelo dobro opremljen apartma, novo pohištvo, lepi krožniki in kozarci, ličen pribor, dovolj posode za kuhanje (lonci in ponve različnih velikosti), papirnate brisače, krpe, komplet za prvo pomoč. V kopalnici je bilo poleg toaletnega papirja in brisač tudi milo za roke ter nekaj gela za tuširanje/šampona. Na voljo smo imeli kavni avtomat, pomivalni stroj za posodo (vključno s čistilnim sredstvom) in pralni stroj za perilo (vključno z detergentom). Prijetna terasa z mizo in stoli ter veliko prostora za sušenje brisač, pogled na cveteče rože in drevesa z limonami. Apartma je bil zelo čist.

Parkiranje avtomobila pri apartmaju ni mogoče, parkirali smo na parkirišču ob glavni cesti (oddaljeno cca. 5 min peš). Apartma je ob ozki enosmerni ulici, v katero je vhod z avtomobilom možen le s plačilom posebne dovolilnice (zaprto z rampo), sicer niti dostava prtljage do apartmaja ni mogoča (razen če narediš prometni prekršek in vzvratno zapelješ v enosmerno ulico). Eno od sosednjih zemljišč ob apartmaju je nevzdrževano (zaraščeno). Zakonska postelja je bila malo nestabilna.

Die Lage ist top, in 2 Minuten ganz vorne am Hafen und in Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht bei 2 technischen Belangen.

Auf eine Terrasse gehört ein Sonnenschirm und ein oder 2 Liegestühle wären toll. Beides leider nicht vorhanden. Ein Kühlschrank, der zur Wand hin aufgemacht wird, könnte ohne viel Aufwand richtig angeschlagen werden. Bei über 30 Grad am Tag und auch nicht viel weniger nachts ist es ein No Go nur eine einzige Klimaanlage in einer 70 qm Wohnung zu haben. In keinem der Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine. Bin öfters nachts trotz geöffnetem Fenster schweißgebadet aufgewacht. Außerdem war es deshalb sehr laut, weil ein Zimmer an einer einbahngeregelten Zufahrtsstraße liegt und sehr viel Verkehr und Lärm durch zwei- und vierrädrige Fahrzeuge sowie Personen ist. Vis sicher noch öfter, leider in diesem Appartement zum ersten und letzten mal.
