The Rental was very spacious. There was plenty of room for multiple guest each with their own spaces. They were three flat panel TVs with great picture. A very comfortable sofa bed and regular beds. The kitchen was modern with a wall oven microwave espresso machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. There was a small, but nice outdoor patio. All AC units work really good. Kept the place real nice and cold. There was no need to turn off the AC when you left the room. The Rental was 20 minutes away from the train station. There were many shops, restaurants, any supermarket nearby.

The rental was 20 minutes from the train station, which made it very difficult to transport or medium size luggage through the terrible streets of Florence and during month of June you are very sweaty by the time you get the room and also the train station. The worst part about the location was that the Rental is right across the street from this bar where tons of students are sitting on the street very loudly yelling and screaming even beyond the 2 o’clock closing time of the bar. We could not sleep due to the noise till 3:30 AM. There’s nothing you can do about it other than wearing earplugs.

Property was amazing, would love to come back.

There is a bar located next to it and it gets pretty loud, but it has nothing to do with the apartment, so I would say that there was no bad thing about it.

Nice planning, plenty of space, no boiler so unlimited hot water, very close to city centre, conad city just few minutes away.

Could be quite loud outside, especially during evenings and night. Even though there is a terrace, but we never used it due to noise and lack of great view from it. The check in was quite a hell as you need to use some website to fill in info and pay city tax and all browsers are blocking it due to insecurity. And until you pay the tax you won’t get check in instructions.

Sehr gemütliche Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche. Zentrale Lage. Gepäck kann bei Bedarf schon etwas vor dem Check-in abgestellt werden.

Gegenüber ist eine Bar, deren Gäste während unseres Aufenthaltes auf der Straße standen und sich unterhalten haben bis nach Mitternacht. Für uns war das zu laut.
