The accommodation was really beautiful! The furnishings were brand new and the equipment installed have been state of the art. The beach is 500 m far away and can easily arrived by walking. Additionally, Super Markets (Lidl & Masoutis) are also very close as well as the Centre of the local town Nea Irakltisa.
At the moment, it appears that construction workers are doing their work at accommodations around, which sometimes can be annoying e.g. because of noise. The accommodation is part of a new housing development, so at one point in time the construction work will stop.
Apart from that, the accommodation was cleaned once in 8 days and not every three days as stated.

Вилата е чудесна. Обзаведена е с всичко необходимо. Всичко от което съм имала нужда ни беше предоставено. Просто се насладих на ваканцията си. Беше незабравимо. С нетърпение очаквам следващата си почивка която ще бъде отново Adell Oasis. Благодаря ви за доброто посрещане.

Luxury brand new villa perfectly located on 450m from the beach. The single-level layout on the first floor ensures easy accessibility for all guests.
Pleasant terrace and a little swimming pool. Two bedrooms with comfy king beds.
Bathroom is quite large, comfortable and very functional. There are supermarkets (Masoutis and Lidl) nearby and a tavern on a walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, which makes cooking a pleasure. The whole villa is air conditioned.
Price is a little on the high end. The neighboring villas can get overcrowded and noisy during the high season.
