-Posizione strategica per chi, come noi, aveva l'esigenza sia di muoversi verso il nord-ovest di Roma, sia di visitare il centro. Battistini è uno snodo abbastanza importante e la casa è molto vicina sia alla metropolitana che alla fermata dell'autobus. -Casa ampia e ottimamente fornita, sia per quanto riguarda la cucina, sia il bagno. -Condizionatore sia in soggiorno che in camera da letto -Luogo tranquillo pur essendo in zona fortemente urbanizzata, con vicini silenziosi -Appartamento situato al primo piano -Terrazzo enorme -Tapparelle ad azionamento elettrico -Nonostante le attese, non abbiamo mai trovato difficoltà a trovare parcheggio all'esterno -A poca distanza abbiamo trovato un ristorante che ci è piaciuto molto (Anvedi).
-La rete del letto matrimoniale è ormai a fine vita: ogni movimento sul letto è amplificato e se si dorme in due e non si è statue immobili, questo può dare fastidio -Il materasso del divano letto non è confortevole in quanto solo al centro non si sentono gli elementi metallici del supporto del letto -La pulizia della biancheria da letto può essere migliorata

Pulita e confortevole, vicinissima alla metro Battistini, possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente su strada, c’è anche un parcheggio privato con 1 euro le prime due ore e successivamente 0,50
