La casa es grande y todo conforme a las fotos. Ana fue muy agradable. La cocina está super bien equipada, la piscina es perfecta para refrescarse.

Honestly, where do I even start! This place is stunning. From the moment you arrive it just feels special - the design is clever and elegant, everything flows beautifully between indoors and the garden, and the whole vibe is luxurious without feeling over the top. The interior is gorgeous - modern, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly well equipped. Complete kitchen with everything you could possibly need, air conditioning throughout, a huge walk-in closet, large TVs, super fast WiFi, and wonderfully comfortable beds. They've even thought of the little extras: a cooling box and foldable chairs for beach days, BBQ equipment, games, shaded parking, and an electronic lock for easy access. The garden and pool are wonderful - perfect for switching off and relaxing. Sunbeds, outdoor furniture, everything you need to just unwind. The neighborhood is a new development, so there is some construction going on nearby - but it never bothered us at all. We were out exploring during the day and by the time we got back it was all quiet. And Ana! She is just a brilliant host - super responsive, full of great tips, and went the extra mile by sorting us out with discounted day passes to the Akumal beach club. Little touches like that make a big difference. Paradise on earth. We didn't want to leave.

The property is utterly wonderful - cleverly designed for easy and comfortable living with a connection to outdoor space. It was easy to enjoy time there. The birds are incredible! So beautiful! The whole place feels roomy and elegant. The type of place you take design notes. Effort was made to make the whole place comfortable. The beds and pillows were lovely and very much appreciated. And the kitchen is well supplied.

You do need a car to go out to restaurants (we were told this so it wasn't a problem). However, the property is so lovely and well equipped it's super easy to just get groceries and eat in. It seems in the future, this won't be an issue as it appears a restaurant is planned.

Absolutely stunning Villa in a beautiful location. The Villa is really big and the garden is spacious and quiet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a covered driveway. It's located in the Amares development in Xpu Ha which is huge and only a few houses are finished. There are smart Tv's in both bedrooms and a huge one in the lounge. Wifi is super fast. Hot water and showers all perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave and a kettle! (1st kettle found in Mexico!) The bed is huge and comfortable with great pillows bedding and extra blankets supplied which are fluffy and smelled gorgeous! The host/owner Ana was super fast to reply to messages and allowed us early check in and spot on instructions for access and location. Honestly, we loved the villa and would move there if we could! 😁

Nothing not to like! But a dishwasher would be great. Construction noise nearby was present but only for a few hours a day and it wasn't intrusive and didn't bother us at all.
