Glamp Peaks Mestia

The view was more than perfect The morning coffee was probably the best coffee we’ve ever had! The common areas were also very convenient, we had our dinner there The rooms included everything, really calm and peaceful and although it was summer we used the heating that was provided and we had such a great and cozy sleep Our host Niko was really polite, always replied really fast to our questions and offered us coffee and tea at the kitchen

We originally booked for 1 night, some plans changed and we decided to extend the stay and come a day earlier we messaged nika 3 days prior to ask if there was any rooms available to extend and if we needed to book online or not we were told we didn’t have to and it was available. The night before we were told there was a mistake from his end and no glamping’s were available but before of his mistake he provided us with one night free stay at another hotel (I will not make any comments about that hotel since the review is for glamping). It was nice that he offered a solution and a free stay. He offered to pick us up from the hotel to bring us to the glamping site as it was a 15 min drive up the hill. Room review: beautiful place to stay, dome was comfortable and cozy and clean, there was hot water and toiletries provided (soap/ tooth brush/ hotel slippers), Nika was friendly helped us with our bags and responded timely to our messages

Kitchen is fully equipped but we were told only when we arrived at the glamping that the kitchen stove had no gas and we brought foods that needed to be boiled if we knew in advance we would have brought foods that didn’t need to be cooked on stove. We had a 8am bus to catch the next morning and was told to be there at 7:30am we asked nika if he could help schedule a taxi to come pick us up at 7am he offered to pick us up instead. At 7am he didn’t show up when I tried to call no answer waited 15 more mins and I called again and he responded saying he was coming and arrived 10 mins later we still made it to our bus and appreciate the offer to take us there but hoped he was on time.

The location is beautiful. And the host seems like a kind, hardworking man. Very useful to have a kitchen

The structure gets very hot during the day and very cold during the night, but it’s not a big issue. Communication could be improved

Утром отключили воду на пару часов. Не очень хорошая дорога до глемпинга последние 700 метров, но если будете на крассовере, то терпимо.
