The location is great, as it's very close to the Central i-City shopping mall. The customer service was excellent; they provided helpful details and replied the messages quickly. Check-in process was simple, easy to understand, and very fast. The room design is beautiful with all the essentials provided. It was also clean, comfortable and great value for the money. I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!!

I stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay. The bed was cozy, Wi-Fi was reliable (great for remote work), and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of local shops, cafes. It was a great base for exploring the area. I especially appreciated the host’s quick communication and helpful, really made me feel welcome. This place is perfect for both short and extended stays. If you're staying longer like I did, there’s a grocery store just a short walk away, which made things super convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
