Vista fantástica. Piscina atendeu bem (levar boia para crianças). Terraço espetacular. Condomínio tranquilo. Organizado. Vaga privativa. O espaço interno do chalé é muito bom. Equipamentos disponíveis atendem muito bem. Bastante tomadas.
A vaga para entrar e sair tem que ter muita atenção. Principalmente se for carro sedan ou caminhonete. Na época que fomos não havia ainda ar condicionado mas proprietária informou que seria instalado logo.
