A Andrea é super gentil e atenciosa. O chalé tinha um mimo, estava super limpo e organizado e é super aconchegante.
Na verdade não é que eu tenha não gostado, somente tem uma questão pontual de infraestrutura para arrumar, no banheiro. Está perfeitamente utilizável (e limpo e organizado), mas, precisa arrumar.

A localização é perfeita, bem perto do centro, não precisei do carro para nada.
Poderia ter mais iluminação e poderia ter um acesso asfaltado, ainda é rua de barro e mesmo com uma garoa já vira lama, essa parte deve ser com a prefeitura mas poderiam dar uma pressionada. As áreas comuns do terreno poderiam ser melhor aproveitadas.

É bem localizado .
O chuveiro não esquenta banho só com água fria. Horrível.. O vazo sanitário estava solto e sua instalação muito próximo do vidro do box é muito desconfortável Escada inteira pra subir no dormitório e banheiro muito desconfortável..até perigosa .
