Boa, poderia ser melhor.

Chalé muito bom,limpeza impecável, o check-in foi liberado antes do previsto, o lugar muito próximo de Penedo, vc passa por dentro do condomínio, tanto Andréia como a funcionária da limpeza me todo suporte na minha estadia.

A televisão da sala e quarto não funciona nem canais abertos ou streaming, secador de cabelo deve estar queimado como a luz do banheiro, mas o mais que me chateio foi o chuveiro que está queimado e tivemos que tomar banho na água gelada, precisa de comunicação do proprietários com quem admiinistra os chalé no condomínio, mas no geral foi bom, nada me atrapalhou na minha viagem.

O chuveiro não esquenta banho só com água fria. Horrível.. O vazo sanitário estava solto e sua instalação muito próximo do vidro do box é muito desconfortável Escada inteira pra subir no dormitório e banheiro muito desconfortável..até perigosa .

Muito charmoso

Mais bonito que as fotos, muito limpo, muito organizado, se não quiser pode ficar no próprio chalé e fazer um fondue.

Pontos de atenção, TV não funcionou, o que não me incomodou muito, vaso sanitário parcialmente solto e não sei bem se era no forro ou telhado passarinhos andando à noite toda, quem tem sono leve como eu não dormi bem.

A escada muito íngrime, A TV da sala não funciona, o fogão muito lento e a cafeteira muito ruim o café sai frio .

Confortável e prática!

Adoramos a estadia no chalé. O ponto principla foi a localização, praticamente dentro da rua principal de Penedo. Contamos com todos os utensílhos básicos para nossa estadia de dois dias, desde cafeteira, fogão, frigobar, pia, internet, etc. Cama confortável, banheiro limpinho e com chuveiro quente. Decoração muito acolhedora. Super recomendo!

O único detalhe é que fomos em três e havia apenas duas toalhas. Fora isso, tudo perfeito!

A localização é perfeita, uma vez que pode deixar o carro e passear pela cidade sem se preocupar com procura de estacionamento.

Apesar de ter visto os comentários negativos antes de ir, acreditei que poderia ser um feedback que os proprietários teriam sanado os problemas. Porém ao chegar notei que eles permaneciam. TV da sala não funciona, lâmpada do quarto queimada, (apesar de comunicar o fato, não houve reparo enquanto estávamos lá) tapetes dos cômodos estavam sujos e cheios de areia. Devido a localização em área de mata há muitos pernilongos, somente com repelentes para abrir as janelas.

Muito bom...pretendo voltar em breve

Localização excelente...muito perto de tudo, bem no centro mesmo. Dá pra deixar o carro e percorrer todo o centrinho a pé. Local bem limpinho e confortável. Pra quem economizar dá pra preparar uma refeição pois tem todos os itens disponiveis.

Fiquei com dificuldades com a TV...poderia ter um aviso de como utilizar. Mas nada demais....ja que nao vamos pra um lugar desses pra assistir TV.

Lugar lindo, limpo, de fácil acesso e bem equipado

Chalé extremamente limpo e organizado, com utensílios de cozinha, roupas de cama confortáveis, limpas e em quantidade generosa. Andrea foi gentil e solícita nas mensagens. E, por fim, a localização: pertinho do centro, em um condomínio de fácil acesso, com piscina, beleza e tranquilidade. Nota mil! Parabéns aos envolvidos.

A localização é ótima. E o tamanho do chalé é excelente.

O banheiro não estava limpo. Tinha muitos cabelos na parede do box. As toalhas de banho e rosto, o cheiro não era muito agradável. Em resumo, o banheiro estava desorganizado.

A limpeza do chalé não estava boa. A cidade está com problema sério de queda de energia. Choveu muito forte e a chuva imundou o quarto de água. A parede do quarto parecia uma cachoeira e não senti a anfitriã preocupada nem com a queda de energia de 20 em 20 minutos e nem tão pouco com o alagamento de água no quarto. O condomínio parece estar abandonado. A piscina estava suja sem condições de banho e não tinha ninguém para limpar na segunda feira do Carnaval.

Chalé confortável.

Um chalé fofo e simpático para ficar com ótima localização para a principal rua em Penedo. Foi uma experiência bem agradável. Os proprietários foram também agradáveis e educados. Tem uma boa estrutura. Pretendo retornar com certeza. Obrigada.

Infelizmente, a onda de calor não deixou Penedo de fora e o ar condicionado do quarto não estava preparado para tanto calor. Não atrapalhou e conseguimos ficar muito bem e tranquilos dentro do chalé com uma boa temperatura, mas acredito ser necessário uma manutenção já que a tendência são mais ondas de calor.
