客服人員十分熱心，尤其我們這次入住遇到颱風延期有很多臨時狀況，整理的服務都非常棒！

住宿地點離市中心開車10分鐘，環境很安靜清幽可以好好休息！附近空曠白天可以直接看到海景Ｍ晚上有整片星空～房間裡就有小沙發、茶几、洗衣機、熱水壺、微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱及全套鍋餐具，機能十分不錯！自助入住很方便，密碼鎖不用怕忘記帶鑰匙。內有電梯，行李不用搬上搬下！
房間似乎有一陣子沒有人入住，置物夾板上層有積灰，入住隔日起就發現床上與桌面上出現許多螞蟻，有點困擾！（我們食物均會當天吃完或是收拾放冰箱，餐具也都會當日清洗完畢，且不會在床上飲食！）冷氣對著頭吹，枕頭有點太軟，介意的人可以斟酌考慮。

It was a great find. Since we were traveling on budget in peak summer time in Ishigaki, this hotel gave us the good reason to celebrate as this apartment hotel (completely unmanned) provided amazing service and the cost performance ratio was excellent. We also got the free car rental which comes with the 1LDK room.
