Parking lot -> sometimes difficult to find out open slot, especially around its apartment. Ambient temperature-> almost no problem, but if strong summer, it’s very hard to stay in the room unless no air conditioner.

Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig gelegen. 15min zu Fuß zur Uniklinik, 10min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn um in die Stadt zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lidl, Nahkauf 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit, wenn man Glück hat vor der Tür ggf. beim Nahkauf auf dem Kunden-Parkplatz. Kann man online buchen und bezahlen (auch für mehrere Tage). Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Schlüsselübergabe durch den Tresor jederzeit möglich. Abreise auch total unkompliziert. Kontakt mit Vermieter jederzeit möglich. Ist sehr bemüht alles gut zu erfüllen. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Es gibt für den Preis keine Mängel oder Beanstandungen.

Bem arejada e clara , inclusive por ser térreo parece uma casa bem parecia ser apartamento. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente . Utensílios de cozinha suficiente , móveis muito conservados , tudo em perfeito funcionamento . Não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade . Inclusive foi muito rápido quando o solicitei para um reparo do extensor da cortina que quebrou .
