During our stay, no housekeeping services were provided: the apartment was not cleaned, towels were not replaced, and the trash was not collected. There were also no basic toiletries available upon arrival, such as hand soap or shower gel. We ended up purchasing our own supplies and even left behind a larger soap dispenser for future guests to avoid the same inconvenience. The kitchen is very minimally equipped. There is no coffee machine, and no cooking essentials such as oil or vinegar are provided, only salt and pepper. Guests planning to cook should take this into account. We stayed for one week, during which no cleaning service was performed and no fresh towels were provided. We believe this is important information for prospective guests, as we would likely have chosen different accommodation had we known this in advance. Additionally, check-out is quite early, at 10:00 AM. We informed the host several weeks before arrival that we would appreciate the possibility of a late check-out. When we followed up the evening before departure, we were told it was rather late to make such arrangements. Later, after we had already left, the host informed us that we could have stayed an additional hour. For future guests, it is also worth noting that the television can only be operated by downloading a remote-control application on your phone called “C-Remote.” Finally, the entrance door is old, damaged, and difficult to close properly. Overall, while the property may be suitable for some travelers, we feel that these details should be clearly communicated before booking so that guests can make an informed decision.

The apartment is modern and contemporary, and has great facilities. The shower and bathroom was very clean and very nice. The washing machine was great to wash your clothes, and with the weather they dried within a day on the dry rack. The location is quiet for Malta so you can sleep easily. Air con throughout the apartment is great for those muggy evenings. The location is not far from bus stops where you can pretty much go anywhere in Malta, spar is about 10 mins walk to get your supplies for the apartment. The bed was comfy and so was the sofa. I would stay again thank you .

The only bad points are the hobs on the cooker are induction and there are no induction pans included, so only can use the oven. The kettle was scaled so I had to clean it out before using it but the cleaning products provided made it easy to do. I couldn't get the TV to work as it wouldn't connect to the internet, might work with a fire stick or similar device but I hadn't brought one with me. I just used the free wifi on my phone to watch netflix and prime. Side note if hiring a car you might have a problem with parking as it's very limited, but the parking is a problem with the whole of Malta. Just use bolt or the bus service to get around cheaper and stress free.
