Location and the condition of the apartment was great
The jacuzzi gave errors, there were ants even though they said they had been addressed to. Could have been more towels but thats on us, we Didnt ask for more even though they asked if there is anything else they could help with. The elevator wasnt supposed to go up until 7th floor (penthouse). Checkout is way too early.

die Aussicht von der Terrasse hat über die ansonsten nicht so schöne Gegend hinweg geholfen, auch der Whirlpool hat uns gefallen
die Einrichtungen bzgl Warmwasser - also Zubereitung und Nutzung sind wohl nur Einheimischen geläufig, die vielen Aktionen die wir durchführen mussten um endlich die Dusche nutzen zu können - waren unglaublich langwierig und kompliziert, die Hinterlegung einer Kaution - und das obwohl wir Genius 3 Level sind - war mehr als irritierend, Achtung - bei Fehlern im Online Check-In bzw. Check-Out droht Verlust der Kaution

Modern, clean property with good facilities. Very comfortable and enough space for a family of 6. Great location. Great place to stay.
Only one towel per two people. The toilet leaked in the master bedroom and was not fixed throughout our duration.

- The jacuzzi was clean and could be heated up to 40°C, it really gets nice and hot.
- The balcony offers a lovely view of the city.
- Good location, about 500 meters from restaurants, shops, and bus stops. The walk isn’t too bad, though the sidewalks are narrow and uneven, with some mild up-and-down slopes.
- Plenty of dishes available (I can’t say about pots and pans as we didn’t use them).
- The jacuzzi water takes about 8/12 hours to heat up, so we lost an entire day of using it, not worth paying extra for this apartment if you’re only staying one or two nights.
- There were a lot of ants in the kitchen!
- The toilet seat in one bathroom kept falling back on your back, really unpleasant.
- One of the bathrooms has no door, which might bother some guests.
- A €400 deposit is required (this should be clearly mentioned in the listing). Considering the apartment wasn’t in perfect condition and had several flaws, I was worried they might deduct something, thankfully, I got the full deposit back.
- I asked for enough towels to have separate ones for the jacuzzi and for showers, but we received only one each, not great.
- Not enough toilet paper provided; we had to buy more ourselves.
