Piccole riparazioni non fatte credo abbia bisogno di una manutenzione più accurata per mantenere la ristrutturazione effettuata

Άνετο διαμέρισμα, όμορφα ανακαινισμένο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφιες. Αν και η πολυκατοικία είναι παλιά, το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού είναι όμορφο και μοντέρνο. Επιπλέον υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ ακριβώς κάτω από την πολυκατοικία το οποίο κλείνει με πόρτα με μηχανισμό. Μαζί με τα κλειδιά του σπιτιού, παίρνεις και το τηλεχειριστηριο.

Υπήρχαν κάποια στοιχεία παλιών επίπλων που είχαν απομείνει αποθηκευμένα σε κάποια σημεία. Το κλιματιστικό στο ενα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε, όπως επίσης και το ένα τηλεχειριστηριο που ηθελε μπαταρίες. Όμως δε μας ενόχλησε γιατι και μόνο με το κλιματιστικό του καθιστικού ηταν δροσερό όλο το διαμέρισμα.

Big apartment

When we first entered the flat every five minutes the electricity was going off! To be clear the main switch was going down shutting the electricity in the flat completely! Having several chats and discussions with the apt representative he told me that this flat is environmentally friendly as a lot of flats and we cannot use all the a/c in the flat. Imagine the outside temperatures were reaching 40 degrees! So I ended using the first night two out of 4 acs in order not to have any electrical cuts. We had an owfull night since we had the fear of the electrical cuts. We avoided to cook, so I paid for delivery and we lower the lighting to minimum using as I said only 2 air conditioning! On one room the shutter was not going completely down and my kids woke up with the first morning light! Also on one bedroom we closed the door and could not open it from outside! This is unacceptable at my opinion and I want something to be done with the payment I made. After I kept complaining the following day someone in the evening come and fix this. I am wondering Why they did not do it from the first day and kept trying to find excuses? Besides all the above during our stay we where with the fear that at any time of our stay we will have the electricity shut down The morning before our arrival we faced some electricity shut downs We eliminate the air conditioning but is was useless to discuss since we where leaving Very bad experience
