Embassy Boulevard, By Moda Living (SW11) . I stayed for 3nights (June 2026) in One bedroom apartment with balcony (50 square meters). The apartment was well maintained, Clean and comfortable. Actually it is a modern, fully furnished apartments in a new development near Battersea Power Station. Lady Afnan (moda receptionist) was super friendly and very accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay, everything is within walking distance. . Great stay in Nine Elms
Just be aware that there is a 29£ damage fee (Not refundable) that has to be paid to complete your check in process online. .

Love the size and style of the apartment perfect for family of 4.
The location with the current road works and limited parking made it a little bit more of a challenge for us

Nice and new apartment , very good location.
The beds are very small, ıt was difficult for 2 adults to sleep in the same bed. We have asked for an extra pillow, sheets, and a throw so one can sleep on the sofa. Even though ı have asked almost everyday, only extra sheet came after the 4th day. Also the apartment did not have a vacuum or a broom and a vacuum took 2 days to come.
