The property was in an outstanding location and was accessible to many close places.
A small number of the reception staff came across as somewhat snobbish and intimidating in their manner. Although this did not lead to any actual issues or problems, their attitude occasionally felt a little self-important and could have made the initial impression more welcoming.

The quietness, the facilities, the bed, the entire apartment overall, the neighborhood. Very cosy and comfy.
Check-in is arranged via WhatsApp, as the apartment is part of a larger property. Unfortunately, communication and coordination could have been smoother, as we ended up waiting a few hours before being able to access the apartment. There’s definitely some room for improvement in the check-in process.

This is my 2nd stay (September 2026) at Embassy Boulevard by Moda, my stay of 13 nights (14 days) was perfect. My one bedroom apartment with balcony was modern, comfortable and homey.
Housekeeping did surely a great job, the result was spotless room. Staff at the
"your perfect stay" were very efficient and very accommodating, especially miss Gem, she made everything possible. I will surely come back soon.
Thank you

Nice and new apartment , very good location.
The beds are very small, ıt was difficult for 2 adults to sleep in the same bed. We have asked for an extra pillow, sheets, and a throw so one can sleep on the sofa. Even though ı have asked almost everyday, only extra sheet came after the 4th day.
Also the apartment did not have a vacuum or a broom and a vacuum took 2 days to come.
