Acogedor y espacioso apartamento en el centro de villenueve-lès-Avignon, muy bien equipado y decorado, con A/C y calefacción en todas las habitaciones. Parking gratis a unos 5 minutos del apartamento.

En la escalera que conducía al apartamento había goteras y el suelo estaba mojado.

UN AGREABLE WEEKEND...

Nous avons pu pleinement profiter de notre escapade dans le joli village de Villeneuve (y compris du festival du 'polar') grâce à la situation centrale de l'appartement que nous avons trouvé confortable et dans lequel où on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Merci! A une prochaine fois avec grand plaisir!

Eine schöne, bequeme Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, extrem sauber, dazu zweckmässig und bequem eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit Zimmertüren und noch ein bequemes Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Alle Räume liegen auf einer Ebene, die Treppe, die man auf Fotos sieht, führt nur zu einem kleinen Speicher. Die Betten sind bequem, und die Zimmer lassen sich halbwegs gut verdunkeln. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte sind in gutem Zustand und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt in der Ortsmitte, für Unternehmungen in Villeneuve könnte man kaum besser platziert sein. Der letzte Bus aus / nach Avignon fährt allerdings schon um 21:00 Uhr. Der Zugang zum Schlüssel war einfach zu finden, und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin (bzw. Conciergerie) war nett und schnell.

Alle Fenster gehen auf die Strasse. Obwohl sie verkehrsberuhigt ist, ist dort auch nachts einiges los. Man kann nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Allerdings ist die Schallisolierung bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gut. Es fehlt ein Duschvorhang, und die Bedienfelder auf dem Küchenherd sind nur noch schwer zu erkennen.
