Interesting and pleasant, small accommodation set-up with a mezzanine bed above a kitchenette, shower room, and table seats. Very clever use of the space available. In the very walkable Santa Teresa district, close to supermarket, local bars, and the metro at Gloria. Host was quick to answer messages and the entry system was well explained. Nice view across the city - I would stay again.
The door/lock to the room could be more sturdy but it wasn't a big issue.

Gute Lage (10 Minuten von der Escadaria Selarón), einfache Beschreibung vor Ankunft für den Selbst-Check-In und gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung.
Die Tür um in das Gebäude zu kommen wirkt robust, die Tür in die kleine Wohnung lässt sich jedoch nur mit einem kleinen Vorhängeschloss verschließen und man könnte durch leichtes Drücken an der Tür einfach ins Zimmer kommen.

Realmente é muito pequeno, e a escada para o colchão só tem corrimão de um lado, tornando-se perigosa. Outro ponto é que no anúncio diz estacionamento gratuito, não tem estacionamento, mas normalmente tem vaga na rua, pode deixar o carro, mas isso não quer dizer estacionamento.
