Nick’s house was a last minute choice but absolutely the best ever! Super clean, great facilities, all amenities needed and complimentary wine, fruits and snacks. Very thoughtful. The couple hosting the house were super friendly and helped with everything needed. A super plus the frappe maker as you will enjoy your greek holidays in max.

La struttura è molto curata. Soprattutto nei piccoli particolari. Una bottiglia di vino, acqua, cioccolatini e frutta di benvenuto. Asciugamani arrotolati e legati con fiocchi. Stanza amplia e ben curata. Nick è una persona estremamente cortese e accogliente. La posizione è ottima. La vista sul mare pure. La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente.
La strada per arrivare è asfaltata ma molto molto ripida. Con la mia auto, che ha un assetto sportivo, ho dovuto stare attentissimo per non toccare il fondo e per parcheggiare nello spazio riservato ho dovuto fare molte manovre. La mattina entra la luce del sole perché non ci sono le serrande ma solo le finestre in vetro e le tende ma Nick mi ha detto che presto provvederà. In ogni caso consiglierei la struttura anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location in Nikiana was perfect — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Everything was great — there was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was perfect, the host is very nice, the room is very comfortable, clean and we had fruits, chocolates and wine on the house on arrival. The owner lives in the next house, with a common yard.
The access road is quite steep.
