Malakion Lux Seaside Jacuzzi

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house is right on the seafront, with an exceptional view. The terrace is spacious and perfect for spending the entire day relaxing, sunbathing, reading, or simply enjoying the sound of the waves. The heated jacuzzi was a real highlight, especially after an early morning swim in the sea. It was the perfect way to start the day. The beach is quiet and never felt crowded. At certain times of the day, we had the whole beach to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. The only thing to keep in mind is that both the beach and the entrance into the sea are rocky, so water shoes or sturdy soles are highly recommended. 🙂 There is an excellent seafood restaurant just a short walk away, and another restaurant serving delicious meat dishes is only a few minutes further. Right behind the house, you'll find the bus stop, with regular buses to the nearby villages, where there are more tavernas and supermarkets, as well as to Volos. The last bus from Volos leaves at 9:30 p.m., making it easy to explore the area without a car. If you do have a car, there's also a fresh fish market just 3 minutes away, where you can buy local seafood to cook at home. The area is also worth exploring. There are several charming traditional villages nearby with beautiful architecture and a very authentic atmosphere. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to take the historic Pelion train, but if you're visiting during the summer, it's worth planning ahead. During our stay, it operated on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. Our host was welcoming, friendly, and always available to help. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway for two.

If we could rate this stay 12 out of 10 we would. The care, meraki and attention to detail are evident. Waking up to the sounds of the waves and the view of the sea and just stepping onto the beach is what holidays should be.
