Logement spacieux et très bien équipé (machine à laver, tancarville avec pinces à linge, table et fer à repasser). Belle terrasse couverte avec fauteuils confortables et 2 tables (haute et basse). Petit jardinet clos. Parking très facile dans une zone calme et résidentielle. Magasins proches (très bonne boulangerie, boucherie, magasin de fruits et légumes, supermarché).
