Apartament jest stylowo urządzony. Jest czysto i sypialnie, łazienki i kuchnia ma wszystko czego potrzeba. Byliśmy w 5 osób. Ilość sypialni idealna dla naszej grupy. Obecność 2 łazienek przy takiej ilości osób jest ważna. Apartament na 4 piętrze, ale jest winda. Okolica bezpieczna. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy około 2:00. Właściciel Oskar czekał na nas z przekąskami i butelką czerwonego wina. Okna salonu wychodzą na ulicę, ale okna dobrze wytłumiają dźwięki ulicy. Sypialnie mają okna z drugiej, spokojnej strony, więc nic nie słychać. Łóżka wygodne, pościel pachnąca. W łazienkach nie było problemów z ciepłą wodą dla 5 dorosłych osób. Okolica idealna na zwiedzanie Aten. Po drugiej strony ulicy piekarnia ze świeżym pieczywem i typowymi greckimi przekąskami. Można też wypić kawę przy stoliku. Bardzo blisko market spożywczy, apteka i kilka pubów na wieczorne spotkania. Tuż pod domem przystanek autobusowy. My chodziliśmy piechotą na stację metra, a stamtąd 2 przystanki do dzielnicy Monastiraki, u wzgórz Akropolu. Bardzo polecamy kontakt z właścicielem. Był pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Oskar, dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt.

I stay in Athens four times a year on average. I have not stayed in Kipselli previously, though I am familiar with the area. The apartment was spacious, had all amenities, and Oscar met me late upon my arrival with the keys. He checked in to make sure everything was going okay, and overall, I think it's one of the best places I've stayed in the city for the money. Highly recommended.

There was nothing that I did not like about my stay.

It is definitely a treasure apartment, well located. It is a bit away from the city center, about 40 mins. But you will never feel bored because it is full of shops, stores, and stands along both sides of the street. And you feel the dynamic and vitality of the city when walking around. And Athens is not a big city after all. There are all sorts of coffee bars, bakeries, supermarkets, groceries at the corner. As for the apartment itself, it is large-spaced, well-decorated, fully equipped, and comfortable arranged. There are three bedrooms. Two of them are decent bedrooms, the third one is additional through the renovation I guess, but it doesn't affect its comfort. Each room is equipped with air conditioner and heating system. All the furniture and furnishings are of high quality and tasteful, full of beauty. The beds are comfortable, everything and everywhere is clean. And the kitchen is sufficient equipped, everything we need could be found. And the owner is very helpful and kind. Although we didn't meet each other, he answers the email timely and full of information. And we get late check-out without any problem. All in all, this is the best apartment we have ever stayed and would recommend to our acquaintances without any hesitate.

The bathroom is a bit damp.

Μια υπέροχη διαμονή με ατμόσφαιρα παλιάς Αθήνας — το σπίτι στην Κεφαλληνίας μοιάζει να βγήκε από ταινία των ’60s: ρετρό έπιπλα και ζεστό φως, αλλά και με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Καθαρό, άνετο, στο κέντρο της πόλης, και με οικοδεσπότη ευγενικό και προσεκτικό. Ένα μικρό ταξίδι στο χρόνο με στυλ και φινέτσα — το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
