The instrucions given was very clear. Collect keys from the office at a different location and then proceed to the apartment Amy was patient in answering detail questions - details that really helped to understand the environment and location. So some of our conversations can be use as instructions and information for future guests. Guests also had the services of a tour agency FOC that help me to secure my skyrail tickets when the website indicated non availability. Location is great as variety of restaurants are availble at the door step. View from the balcony was great and that's where all meals are had as there isn't a dining table - only high chairs for a kitchen table

Nothing to dislike as that is what has to be done for the keys. However everyone should note - no cooking of any dish that can produce smoke (like cooking a steak or cooking Asian dishes as the smoke detector is quire sensitive and may trip the smoke alarm, that brings the fire engines. Oven and toaster dishes should also be careful not to be burnt too as they also produced smoke.

Great location and view. Apartment was clean and had all the things required for our family to be comfortable for the week.

Being from Victoria would love the spa to be warm. Fans in bathroom?!?

L’appartement est très confortable, avec tout le nécessaire. Il bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la marina et les montagne. L’emplacement est parfait.

Le seul bémol (s’il faut en trouver un) serait d’avoir dû récupérer les clés à un autre endroit.

The view was beautiful! The location is very central and easy to get to and from places. The parking spot is also very handy.

The cleanliness of the apartment was concerning. It was very dusty and there were ants in the kitchen. The bathroom toilet seat was stained and looked dirty. We were only given one towel per person which means that you constantly need to wash your towels if staying for a longer time like we did.
