The Kodiak-Walk to Oaklawn & Bathhouses Downtown Hot Springs

Somos Brasileiros e tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa! 💛 Desde o momento em que chegamos, nos sentimos muito bem recebidos e verdadeiramente em casa. O lugar estava impecável, com uma decoração linda, e cada detalhe mostrava o cuidado e carinho em proporcionar uma experiência especial. Tudo muito confortável, aconchegante e bem preparado. Dá para ver que os anfitriões realmente se dedicam para que os hóspedes se sintam especiais. Um destaque especial para o banheiro externo e de uso compartilhado: estava extremamente limpo, cheiroso, e a ducha era simplesmente maravilhosa! A água quente na temperatura perfeita fez toda a diferença, e o espaço da lavanderia também foi super útil. Somos muito gratos por essa experiência incrível e com certeza voltaríamos novamente. Recomendo com certeza!

We didn’t get to stay at what we rented as the water froze in that rv also there is no skirting in the outside of the rvs they will continue to freeze with temps like we gave unless fixed, we fell at the spot we stayed due to lack of sidewalk that unfrozen , pipes froze both days first night propane ran out woke up to 50 degrees temperature which was miserable we never got warm and both us woke up sick on Sunday from the cold temperatures, disappointed wasn’t offered a discount for all the trouble experienced ,I’m so sorry and I offer another night to you! For our first stay was very disappointing! Cindy and Len was super nice people I think it was just too much with the frigid temps! I would love to in summer I think it might be better! Just upset it was a miserable girls weekend!

Loved that it was close to everything and had beautiful scenery.

The property was in a locked community, very clean and well kept and close to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.
