Water leak in washroom when using water. Electrical short so it needs to putting back on in the room's electrical panel

We especially enjoyed the quiet evenings after spending the day outside. The room was comfortable and gave us the peaceful environment we wanted for our getaway.

AC is very cold, Hot and Cold Water Bath 10/10 , FO is approachable but kept on promising to deliver the requested items but never came. As A Former Housekeeping Manager, It is clear that HK staff aren't that knowledgeable about their job, 4th floor Elevator lounge the first thing you'll smell upon exiting the elevator is Trash. Coz they left 2 plastic bags of trash sitting near the Dado Hall. Pretty unhygienic in my opinion. It ruins the mood and ambiance of the hotel.

BROKEN SINK dripping down to the flooring, Room linen has stains, Red Stains on the duvet cover, Toilet cover was loose it was moving everywhere. Stayed here for 3days and 2nights, I even requested for bath mat but it never came, like never.
