Accessible to everything. Clean in the hallway and lobby. Staff are nice and very accommodating.

-They gave us a room close to the road; we can hear noise of the vehicles outside all day and night. -The shower room has no curtain or the glass panel is only half; so the water goes out while showering and the floor is totally wet as they don’t have towel for the floor; making the water stagnant on the side of the toilet bowl creating a foul smell inside the bathroom; door mat rug is not enough to wipe the water out. -Carpet in the room needs deep cleaning to get rid of unwanted smell. -Only 1-2 local channels available.

The front desk assisstants are so friendly and easy to approach.

The bed is so noisy when you move even just a little bit. Unlike the room that was given me before. But, its fine.

I liked the bed, the wifi signal was good, the room has tv, has coat and shoe rack, whole body mirror, the toiletries such as dental kits and soaps and body wash, lotion, shampoo, cool aircon, very good water pressure and hot shower, has table and chairs. Good hotel for sleeping or resting. There were nearby shops and food stalls outside, has room service and good location right at the road. Has car park and it's own cafe inside that serves variety of food and drinks. I liked that am placed at the very back part of the hotel where it's much quiet. Has elevator and wheelchair access.

The intern staff are more polite than the reception staff they should smile more and not look intimidating to guests. They could do better with cleaning the room. I saw a piece of hair when I checked the bed right before I got in the room, there were bobby pins strewn by the doorstep of the bathroom, there's smudge marks on the mirror. The aircon needs cleaning the filter and flaps were dusty. The carpets in the hallway and the room smelled musty. The picture showed there was water kettle and mugs but in my booking it was actually not included perhaps in a different room. I've requested they clean the AC and bathroom but it seems they could not address a simple request I had to tell again in person and over phone but they just told me to tell them again until I didn't bother anymore. I think twice is enough. The small throw pillows smelled of like the last person who slept there and lastly those pesky mosquitoes in the room.
