Rooftop restaurant staff exceptional
Reception staff were rude and unhelpful
Wasn’t advised at the time of booking that the room didn’t belong to the hotel but was privately owned.
Expected to pay for everything, eg cleaning. Fresh towels. Toilet roll etc

Outstanding hotel with fantastic facilities including bars, restaurants and swimming pools. Loved our stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
