I don’t really like the location. When I reached there, just from the out of the Building, I feel I don’t like to come in anymore. Just by looking out the surroundings.
Just right when you come in into the hallway all I can smell’s are stinks, mold smell, and the hallway was so dirty.

Très bien équipé (2tv, set de karaoké, vidéoprojecteur en chambre, machine à laver etc...), wifi très performant (400mb stable, routeur dans la cuisine) et appartement facile d'accès. Bonne localisation, assez calme et pourtant sur une grande avenue.
Le balcon fermé et le balcon ouverts sont agréables (7e étage). Communication très rapide. Petit 7-eleven à 10 mètres et accès aux malls en 5 minutes.
Juste un micro-ondes qui décongèle mais ne cuit pas (par contre les plaques à induction sont super et la vaisselle compatible est fournie).
Tout le reste était nickel.
