Квартира скорее для студенческой тусовки или проживания в бизнес-поездке. Нам с маленьким ребенком было не очень комфортно, её просто некуда было положить спать. Но это больше наши проблемы, а не хозяина жилья. В целом все хорошо, жилье абсолютно на свою цену. Изысков не ждите, но и плохого ничего нет. Все необходимое в наличии: кухня, душ, телевизор, большой застекленный балкон, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка, принадлежности для душа. Чисто, уютно, аккуратно.
Нам немного не хватило двух полотенец на троих. Также были неудобства с парковкой, так как она бесплатна лишь определенное время и приходилось всю ночь по будильнику переставлять машину. Также были проблемы с интернетом. Арендодатель забыл нам сказать пароль вайфая и мы были совершенно без связи, чтобы связаться с ним и попросить тот самый пароль. Спасибо, соседи помогли и раздали интернет. Но полтора часа бегали по улицам искали, где ловит связь, чтобы хоть как-то связаться. Увы. Снимаю звезду за это, отдых нам подпортили.

The property had everything one could ask for. All spices, utensils enough and clean.
The major drawback which I found there is no elevator and the property is in 3rd floor. So if you have big luggage or are not comfortable of using stairs then this property is not for you.
