Nel complesso un bel appartamento, molto confortevole ed accessoriato per ogni eventualità. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. E' presente un alimentari al piano terra e un supermercato molto vicino. Il posto è anche abbastanza silenzioso e il condizionatore porta tutto a temperatura molto in fretta.
La lavastoviglie era fuori servizio e la doccia presentava qualche problema.
