➤ A security camera is on the front of the building to ensure safety of our guests and our property. Tampering with the device is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Our security camera ensures the guest count on the reservation matches those who arrive at the cabin. No outside guests permitted. No third party bookings.
➤ Driveway and Privacy: The property has a relatively flat gravel driveway that is easy to navigate in normal weather conditions. Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 3 inches. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months.
➤ Cabin Charms: Our cozy retreat in Hocking Hills offers a chance to unplug and cherish quality time together. Please note some quirks like well water (some guests prefer bottled water) and occasional spotty cell service (reliable Starlink WiFi).
➤ Environment Notice: Our home is nestled in nature, and occasionally, 'nature' finds its way inside. We make efforts to control pests with professional services. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals.
➤ No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages; consider travel insurance for cancellations.
