About this farm stay rental
Welcome to Yorkview- Where Nostalgic Charm Meets Space to Gather
*NOTE- Yorkview is brand new construction and will open to welcome guests in June, 2026*
If Anne of Green Gables or Charlotte’s Web shaped your idea of home, Yorkview will feel like stepping into a much-loved novel. This traditional farmhouse estate was designed for large family gatherings, where multiple generations come together to slow down, reconnect, and make memories worth retelling.
With 11 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, Yorkview offers room to unpack, exhale, and truly settle in, without anyone feeling crowded.
ROOM FOR GREAT-GRANDPARENTS TO GRANDKIDS- EVERYONE BELONGS HERE
Yorkview was thoughtfully created to welcome guests of all ages and abilities. An elevator provides easy access between floors, and three accessible ensuite bedrooms ensure comfort and dignity for guests who need step-free living—without sacrificing charm or style.
Whether it’s cousins piled onto the couch for movie night…
…Grandma enjoying a quiet morning coffee without stairs to navigate…
…or the whole family gathering under one roof for the first time in years—
Yorkview makes togetherness feel easy.
ROOM TO REST, ROOM TO PLAY
Inside the main house, you’ll find spaces designed for both connection and retreat. Unwind in the hot tub or sauna after a full day of fun. Let the teens claim the game room. Settle in for a family favorite in the theater room, and popcorn is highly encouraged.
At Yorkview, there’s always somewhere to be together… and somewhere to slip away for a little quiet.
THE RECREATION BARN- WHERE THE REAL FUN BEGINS
Just steps from the farmhouse, the detached Recreation Barn opens up an entirely new world of play. Take a dip in the indoor heated pool, no matter the season. Head to the sports ball gym for a friendly (or competitive) game of basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, or pickleball. And when it’s time to eat? Gather in Yorkview Commons, complete with a catering kitchen and spacious dining area- perfect for family-style meals, celebrations, or catered events. Outside, the large firepit and game area invites kids to burn off energy while the adults linger nearby, coffee or conversation in hand.
GATHER ‘ROUND- THIS IS WHAT YORKVIEW WAS MADE FOR
Yorkview isn’t about rushing from activity to activity. It’s about lingering dinners, shared laughter, and the kind of unhurried moments that rarely fit into everyday life.
Cook together. Play together. Rest together.
And at the end of the day, retreat to comfortable bedrooms knowing tomorrow holds more time, together.

It was very clean and well thought out set up. We had a big family gathering and there were plenty of activities for all age groups and everyone loved staying here. Everything about the listing was very easy to follow and host took great care of us.

Our stay at Yorkview was absolutely perfect. If you've stayed with Rose before, you know that is to be expected :) My family loved touring all of the uniquely themed bedrooms before making their choices. The indoor pool was a hit, as was the gymnasium. We loved that the gymnasium provided all of the equipment for pickleball, basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, and more (and it was hilarious watching the adults play a serious game of dodgeball). Of course, all the teens loved the downstairs game room. Movie night in the theater room was also a hit. There was so much to do that we actually forgot to use the sauna, if you can believe it!
My family always comments that no matter what you need, Rose has already thought of it. Forgot your toothbrush? - There were some in the closet. Spill something on your new dress (yes, that was me) - There were Tide to Go wipes by the washer. Forgot spices? - Yep, the spice cabinet is fully stocked. Reminiscing about using the big parachute during elementary class? - Yep, there's a parachute in the gymnasium LOL.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
