A corner unit that’s filled to the brim with tons of natural sunlight, Plunge J is a recently remodeled Telluride condominium with an impeccable downtown location. Located right across the street from the River Trail and Lift 7, you’ll also be a short stroll from the popular Coonskin Lift as well. With 1300 square feet of sumptuous living space and three private bedrooms, your whole group will have plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying one another’s company.
Plunge J is conveniently located all on one level, with an open and bright GREAT ROOM. A wall of windows looks out over the quiet neighborhood below and provides views of the surrounding mountains as well. Pour a glass of wine and take a seat at one of the two chic leather sofas or comfy armchairs and enjoy conversation with your crew, or cue up your favorite TV show on the large HDTV.
Nearby, a farmhouse-style DINING TABLE has seating for six and sits next to the remodeled KITCHEN. The thoughtful u-shape design features open, floating shelves, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. A full suite of premier appliances includes a flat-top electric range, wall oven, a Whirlpool refrigerator with an in-door ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Whether brewing coffee or baking cupcakes, this kitchen has everything you need. You can also request the services of a private chef to whip up a meal for your group in the privacy of your own home.
Down the hallway lies the private, PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a luxe queen-size bed, ample closet, and a wall-mounted HDTV. We recently stayed at the Plunge J condo for a week. The condo was clean and as noted in the listing. It is a fantastic location within walking distance from town and the ski lifts. The property manager, Exceptional Stays, was very responsive and accommodating for us. I highly recommend this condo for both a summer and winter stay.

Great location, walking distance to town, gondola, and free bus shuttle right across the street. Rental is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Easy communications with the property management and timely follow up. Would love to stay here again!

Overall everything was great. House was clean and great location. If you want peace and quiet I will say it is slightly louder in the summer since you have all windows open. One thing I recommend is getting the access details 24 hours before your trip. Both wifi and internet was down and they had no way to access the home and let us in. I was shocked they didn't have the lockbox details not available without wifi. Other then that great spot and we really enjoyed our trip!
