Perfectly located at Viking Lodge, this top-floor condo offers a peaceful retreat just 200 yards from Lift 7, two blocks from the Gondola, and steps from the River Trail. Enjoy the quiet of having no one above you, plus access to the seasonal saltwater pool and year-round hot tub. Sleeping up to 6 guests and close to everything Telluride has to offer, it's the ideal base for your mountain getaway. Animals welcome with a $175 sanitation fee.
The Space:
This top-floor one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, queen sofa bed, and built-in twin bunk beds. The king double bed is fitted with a St. Regis mattress (the same Simmons-built bed used in St. Regis hotels) and Centium Satin sheets, a smooth 65/35 cotton-poly sateen used across five-star hospitality. The full kitchen includes all essentials (please note one of four stovetop burners is currently under repair), and the living area offers ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. Additional amenities include a humidifier in the bedroom closet and one full bathroom. Please note there is no dishwasher.
Guest Access:
Full private unit, keypad entry. Pool key in unit - saltwater pool (summer) and year-round hot tub. One parking space in building lot. Coin laundry in the main building.
The Neighborhood:
Telluride is a 10-block Victorian mining town at the end of a box canyon - a National Historic Landmark with Colorado Avenue running through the middle. Restaurants, trails, and the free gondola to Mountain Village are all walkable. The town festival calendar (Bluegrass, Film, Jazz, and more) is one of the best in the mountain west, with most events happening in the park at the east end of Main Street.
Getting Around:
200 yards to Lift 7, three blocks to the free gondola. Walkable to everything in Telluride - restaurants, shops, trails, and every festival in the annual calendar.
Other Things to Note:
· No dishwasher or in-unit washing machine.
· No air conditioning; ceiling fans provided.
· Animals welcome. $175 sanitation fee.

The property location was ideal. We could walk to restaurants and enjoyed the river trail right near the property. We had a short drive to beautiful hiking trails. Although it does sleep five-six, there was not complete privacy between sleeping areas. It is on the small side, but worked for our family since we were on the go most of the time.

Overall, awesome location. You can’t beat being right near the river trail at the base of a mountain. The unit could use a little more TLC in areas, but overall it was an awesome stay and I would recommend it!

5 Star Location…2 Star accommodations. We loved the location to everything in town. Very convenient. The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs going on which made for limited parking due to construction equipment. Also, the road to the property is blocked off and under construction so we had a tricky time on arrival. A heads up on that would have been appreciated This was the most reasonable place to stay for our dates in Telluride and we know why. Next time we’d choose another property
